While we carefully select suppliers based on their values, service standards, and alignment with the EABSH platform, we do not directly provide the services offered by those suppliers.
As such:

Any engagement, transaction or agreement entered into between a member and a supplier is strictly between those parties

EABSH does not accept responsibility or liability for the quality, delivery, performance, or outcome of any products or services provided by suppliers

We are not liable for any disputes, losses, damages or issues arising from interactions between members and suppliers
Members are encouraged to carry out their own due diligence before engaging with any supplier.
EABSH aims to provide a trusted and supportive environment, but ultimately all decisions to engage with suppliers are made independently by the member.
EABSH reserves the right to remove or review any supplier from the platform where concerns are raised regarding service standards or conduct.
