1. PLATFORM ROLE
EABSH provides:

access to a growing audience
We do not guarantee:

lead volume
-
sales
-
specific outcomes
2. SUPPLIER RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to:

provide accurate business information
-
deliver services professionally
-
respond to enquiries in a timely manner

represent your business in line with EABSH values
3. PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITY

Suppliers agree to participate in the initial hosted introduction email

Ongoing promotion is managed by EABSH
4. FEES

Founding suppliers may receive an initial free period

After this, supplier fees are £120 per month
-
Fees are payable monthly and can be cancelled at any time.
5. CANCELLATION

Suppliers may cancel at any time

No refunds are provided for partial months
6. CONDUCT AND QUALITY
EABSH reserves the right to:

review supplier performance
-
remove suppliers from the platform
where:
-
service standards fall below expectations
-
behaviour conflicts with platform values
7. LIABILITY
Suppliers are fully responsible for:

their services
-
client relationships
-
outcomes
EABSH accepts no liability for supplier activities.
