SUPPLIER CODE OF CONDUCT
EABSH is built around a simple principle — doing business the right way. All suppliers on the platform are expected to uphold the following standards:

Suppliers should deliver their services with integrity, clarity, and a high standard of professionalism at all times.
2. RESPONSIVENESS
All enquiries from EABSH members should be handled promptly and with care.
3. HONESTY AND TRANSPARENCY
Suppliers must represent their services accurately and communicate openly with members.
4. FAIR VALUE
While pricing remains at the supplier’s discretion, offers made to EABSH members should reflect genuine value.
5. CUSTOMER CARE
Suppliers are expected to treat all members with respect and prioritise delivering a positive experience.
6. ALIGNMENT WITH EABSH VALUES
Suppliers should reflect the ethos of EABSH - supporting others, acting with integrity, and contributing positively to the network.
7. ACCOUNTABILITY
EABSH reserves the right to review supplier performance and remove any supplier that does not meet these standards.
All EABSH suppliers are expected to meet our Code of Conduct.
