3. MEMBERSHIP AND ACCESS

4. SUPPLIER LISTINGS

Suppliers featured on EABSH are independent businesses. While we aim to work with reputable companies, we do not guarantee:

  • service quality

  • availability

  • outcomes

All engagements are made directly between the member and supplier.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

EABSH shall not be liable for:

  • any loss, damage, or dispute arising from services provided by suppliers

  • any indirect or consequential losses

  • any reliance placed on information contained within the platform

6. CHANGES TO THE PLATFORM

We reserve the right to:

  • modify or remove content

  • update services

  • change pricing or features

7. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform where misuse or breach of these terms is identified.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
